Web Developer Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Web Developer?

Web Developer in Dubai:
Pros: Corporate culture, work flexibility.
Cons: Office conditions, stress level, perks, the management.

Web Developer in Abu Dhabi:
"Good Work Environment But More Leverage Given To Emaratis."
Pros: The whole idea of working in a learning atmosphere (since it is a university), makes you feel young and gives the opportunity to interact and network with bright minds (Professors/Researchers). Work environment is amazing and I have a very supportive team.
Cons: The pay is peanuts with no benefits and no defined career path. There are a lot of people who are comparatively traditional in the way they work and like to micro manage.
