Target Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Target Corporation?
"Good, Bad, and Ugly."
Pros: The people are really nice. Flexible work schedule. Lots of change...new processes and ideas. 10% percent discount.
Cons: Its a high stress job some days and some days its down right boring. Hours fluctuate so one week you may have 35 and the next 15. Ideas and processes are always changing so adaptability is a must.
"Great High School Job."
Pros: Positive, optimistic people I work with.
Cons: Negative, children like, immature adults and people who do not know how or care to know how to do their job.
"It is pretty great."
Pros: My co workers are nice. It's a good environment.
Cons: The hours.
Logistics Team Leader:
Pros: There are not a lot of things that target does well for its employees that are across the board in all stores. What I enjoy about target are the people I work with and the 5% 401k match.
Cons: As a leader at target I dislike the unrealistic goals given to team leaders to complete tasks and a willingness to allow the overall store to suffer in order to reach payroll goals.
Cashier in Colorado Springs:
Pros: Amazing co workers. Regular customers. The perks. Flexibility. Stress level.
Cons: Angry customers.
The company has very good benefits and an excellent culture. I feel very empowered and supported by leaders. They trust me to work as a professional and provide the resources I need to succeed. They also encourage employees to think about the next thing in their career and will help you make connections so that you can eventually take that next step.
