Pros: Majority of the people I work with a good blokes. Occasionally I get to do something a little different in my day.
Cons: The job is repetitive and can become mundane at times when there is little diversion from the type of machining. Occasionally my supervisor can not be found for up to two hours, some of my fellow workers then come to me with questions on how to do something which disrupts when I am working on.
