Network Engineer Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Network Engineer?

Network Engineer:
People who have been with the bank for so longike over 5yrs are very nice and good to work with. Sadly they weren't given the chance to go up the ladder. The new ones that came, particularly leadership and management just literally don't care about other employees. Its all about themselves, their buzz words and what they prepare to move on to their next position and better salary elsewhere. Career growth - inexistent. Technology - what technology? Benefits - they have a "health care" bank but tiny firms get better healthcare benefits. Politics - everywhere and unlimited.
