Pros: work culture
Cons: not fairly treated

"Reasonable pay, flexible hours and interesting tasks. Everything else, not so great."
Pros: Work hours are flexible and employees are trusted with making their own decisions. Occasional free lunch every 2 or 3 months.
Cons: Communication to & from upper management is pretty much non-existent. Besides a steady salary, no benefits unless it benefits the business (e.g. training) or much hope for salary growth. Raised issues are solved late or not at all (aircon was once broken for 6 months, swipe card system still dodgy after 3+ years).
