Pros: I like helping my AR Specialists solve their issues for them to be able to confidently complete their responsibilities. I like that I am able to provide a well built system to do everything to weed out unnecessary manual work for my team.
Cons: I dislike the lack of communication from higher ups on things directly impacting my job. I dislike the lack of acknowledgment of achievements.
