Unprofessional Employers.
Administrative / Office Manager in Monrovia:
Pros: Monrovia is a nice quiet town and very close to my home.
Cons: The fact that the Small Business Owner I work for is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to run a business. It is only due to my working there that they have survived this long with the current company they started. Prior to that they would simply open a company and then shut it down since the office managers before me wouldn't stick around and run the business for them.
