Hang in there-things could get better.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Pittsburgh:
Pros: My coworkers are very comfortable to me and I have a good repour with my residents.
Cons: Rate of pay, little to no encouragement to better my education nor do better for myself and my family. Morale is very low and lack of understandable leadership in the role that I have when working. Sometimes there's very little leadership. Agencies come and go with little care to continuity which confuses residents that reside there.
