Community Association Manager:
As a property manager you are always trying to get things completed with many interuptions. Multi tasking is the best tool. Get your day lined up but always be ready for the unexpected to happen. Water pipes can break or a homeowner can be breaking a rule. All homeonwers propblems are priority to them treat them that way.
