Electrician Journeyman Advice

Q: What do you wish you knew about your job when you first started out?

Electrician Journeyman in Toronto:
Blah blah blah blah. Blah blah blah. Bleebiddy blah blah blah. Blah.

Electrician Journeyman in Ottawa:
"Better communicate directly with the ceo."
Don't let your foreman stop you from calling the office to talk to the main supervisors. Deal with the office directly when needed. My main job as a foreman is to make sure all is reported to the office immediately so nothing is hidden. Not even private conversations, and use emails all the time when needed to report demands and changes to the work day. So that there is a path to the progression.
