Job Description for Electronics Assembler

An electronics assembler is a position which can be found in any organization or facility that assembles or modifies electronic equipment (for example: motors, batteries, computers, machinery, etc). A person in this position can also be responsible for connecting devices to electronic components to make them work. This person will often work in an indoor environment with a team of other electronic assemblers. A high school diploma is required in order to be an electronics assembler. While many organizations will provide training for this position, some do require the completion of a certificate program. Training will involve the basics of electricity and various tools and equipment, as well as workshop experience.
