A good position for someone wanting to start our.
Executive Assistant in Orlando:
Pros: I like my boss, the position is not hard, however, it can be boring having to help other departments with their positions. It is a little mind-numbing in that you create posters, deals with a few calls during the day and create charts for some of the other managers, but I was pretty bored and not happy with the pay I receive since my manager is a sr. vp and president of the foundation, paid very well and I get the scraps...
Cons: My boss is paid well and gives me the 'left-overs' employees are told that they are what makes a difference, but that is not shown with the number of paid vacations and sick time, there is no maternity leave and they hourly rate is recorded on your computer, so if it does not work or is slow you miss out on 15 minutes (by one minute)
