Excellent corporation, benefits and work environment.
Executive Assistant:
Pros: The pay and benefits are definitely above average, the work environment is casual and telecommuting is mostly always an option. I was lucky enough to be paid hourly based on a yearly salary and therefore got overtime.
Cons: Not much of a work-life balance. Lots of work but I think that's to be expected since customers/clients/contacts are global.

Pros: Environment and flexibility.
Cons: Late payment of salary.

Pros: My colleagues are fantastic and sweet, most are like family. The office environment is wonderful. They are like my children away from home, most of them.
Cons: Sometimes peoples temper in this high stress environment gets the better of them and they lash out at me.
