Financial Analyst Reviews

What is it like working as a Financial Analyst?

May 2019
Terrible work culture.
Financial Analyst in Edmonton:
Pros: The benefits were very good and the share purchase plan
Cons: no work-life balance and poor management
May 2019
Financial Analyst in Philadelphia:
Great work environment along with great benefits make this an excellent place to work. Ability to navigate your own destiny within the company is also a huge plus! I would recommend to anyone interested in technology consulting.
May 2019
Mediocre at best.
Financial Analyst in Mendota Heights:
Pros: Immediate coworkers are wonderful to work worth. Good culture and communication, but could use improvement in a few areas.
Cons: Low pay for the effort and responsibility taken on. Weeks when you solve a major problem, or add significant value to the organization, feels no different than when you just go through the motions.
April 2019
Financial Analyst in Montréal:
Interesting working place and nice atmosphere. There have been a lot of management change, a huge wave of lay off and sometimes huge wave of recruitment. I find the structure of the company quite inflexible with a strong hierarchy. Few young workers mostly people who have been working there stay there while they fire younger one.
April 2019
Great Working Conditions, Little Advancement Potential.
Financial Analyst in Washington:
Pros: Hours are flexible, pay is fair to generous, culture is collaborative.
Cons: The culture is PhD centric and job families without this qualification can be looked down upon, not taken seriously, and have difficulty finding a path to advance meaningfully.
April 2019
Educational.
Financial Analyst in El Segundo:
Pros: The people
Cons: The pay
March 2019
Do not work here.
Financial Analyst in Seattle:
Pros: Flexible with telecommuting. 5 weeks PTO
Cons: The senior management. Extremely long hours. The company is not open to process improvement. Systems are antiquated. Feel unheard
