Better Than Most.
Financial Analyst in Idaho Falls:
Pros: Autonomy. If you are motivated and work hard, you will not be micro-managed and will be left alone to accomplish great things.
Scope. You are responsible for a lot. You are trusted to work hard. You ultimately will touch most areas of the company in this role.
Empowerment. If you want to change things - you can. If you see something outside of your typical responsibilities that needs to be fixed, you can work with other people to fix it.
Cons: Some people are promoted only because they have been here a long time.
Getting your full bonus is hard because of how long it takes to make changes.

January 2019
Financial Analyst:
Company itself is pretty good. Good retirement benefits, healthcare, flexibility of schedule, etc. The largest issue is compensation, which is well below market value and is the norm rather then the exception. Bonuses are capped at an arbitrary 10% of salary and management leans heavily on that figure to avoid fair bonuses.

Financial Analyst:
Pay is quite low for lower level employees, manager turnover is tremendously high. It’s difficult to get things done because people don’t want to change. Lots of bureaucracy and red tape. Should reward hard workers who are loyal if they want to retain any talent.

Great Management Low Pay.
Financial Analyst in Pompano Beach:

Cons: Low Pay
