General / Operations Manager Reviews
What is it like working as a General / Operations Manager?
February 2019
Great company to, work, for.,If the employee, follows the rules the only way to move is up, and, the salaries are very competitive.
General / Operations Manager in Opelika:
Pros: The customers, they remember my name and,for lack of a better thought about the subject; they protect me ar night and when people are stealing or threatening my life. The 2nd,greatest think is that the store stays busy or steady to say the least. So that keeps my comp sales above the requirements. Also it's located 18 minutes from my home.
Cons: Nothing I completely, enjoy this location, although I now work in Lafayette,Al which is 40 min drive each way.

Chill, slow, but sometimes too slow.

Pros: Not too stressful (but it does depend on the kind of work you do)
Cons: Low pay, lack of decent public transport

All the Power, None of the Time.
General / Operations Manager in Santa Rosa:
Pros: I have opportunities to change processes that are not effective, to make the work environment more productive, and increase the appeal and engagement of our sales outlet.
Cons: The union employees, excessive meetings, and lack of other managerial support (i.e. zero other managers to manage this integral department to the hospital activities).
February 2019
General / Operations Manager:
Not the Brand just the franchise. Pay scale just enough to meet 3/4 bills , hours so many you don’t have time for other employment. Terrible atmosphere, relationships within upper management and staff at locations .
Theft from above , falsifying labor to make tip credits accepted by gov without haveing to pay the least amount of pay to staff .
Faulse data as it related to customers, cheating on food cost as well as paper .
February 2019
Fast paced.
General / Operations Manager in Johannesburg:
Pros: Lots of opportunities and intelligent people.
Cons: Lack of balance between work and personal life.
