Job Description for Human Resources Training Manager

A human resource training manager is responsible for training employees. They may train new employees on what their individual job entails and how to successfully perform it; they may also provide continuing education for existing employees to maintain certain skills or reinforce safety protocols. The training specialist also meets with members of management to assess and implement their training needs. The human resource training specialist is responsible for the entire training process, including developing teaching tools, designing training programs, scheduling training and orientation sessions, and modifying training programs to ensure they are as effective and efficient as possible.
