I love working with the elderly. I hope to retire from this job. I worked at my last long job for 22 years.

Pros: I have the best PM staff. We are all family to each other and to our residents.
Cons: Not strict enough on the workers who are constantly calling in, showing up hours late or just not doing their jobs. Don’t inforce the same rules for everyone.

It's hard at times although an extreme rural area, it us beginning to pick up after years of declining employment in the area.
