I love what I do as a Nurse. I feel undervalued and extremely underpaid for my years of experience and loyalty to the company. The moral is at an all time low in every department hospital and clinic wide from my perspective.

Less than zero. Management staff is degrading to employees. No communication from staff to staff. Parients deserve so much better than what they are getting. Staff rude comme ts to each other. I could go on and on.
