Office conditions.
Office Manager:
Pros: I love my job! I love what I do, what I represent, the team I work with, the patients I have, etc.
Cons: The pay and the gratuity. I do everything there is to do in regards to the entire office. As well as doing assignments he gives me for his other office. I take care of everything. I take care of the patients (billing, front desk, phones, appointments, insurance), I do all the cleaning, prepping of rooms and equipment. I help with treatments and do the laundry. I am also head of marketing. (built entire website from the ground up) I do outside marketing, shopping for supplies throughout the office. I get no overtime, no benefits, no vacation time and no 401k. I do so much for this office and feel that I am unappreciated and under compensated.
