Cons: Very Stressful at times. Owner very demanding.

Help everyone, and if you don't have an answer, then find an answer. We are here to help the community members of this tribe succeed in their daily lives by providing the services they need to make a better life. Always look to improvement in self and the services. Keep a positive attitude about everything and seek to change the things that aren't working. Don't be afraid to speak up about what is right and what needs fixing.

Dental Administrative Training.
Office Manager:
Software, terminology, and overall health care regulations....all are easy, however, you don't go into this position w/o specific training. Trade schools today offer minimal courses in real-life applications of working with up-to-date methods and technology. Would enjoy to see these schools improve their offers to students interested in these types of positions.
