What is it like working as an Office Manager?

Satisfying, and Frustrating.
Office Manager in Seattle:
Pros: The variety of tasks, the people I work with, the flexible schedule, and the benefits
Cons: The job title does not match the actual tasks required for this position. As a result, the rate of pay is much lower than the rate of pay someone else would get if they were doing the same tasks.

Office Manager:
While I’m not technically considered an “Office Manager”, that is what I do. I love working at my Quad facility. Great people, willing to assist you in learning and bettering yourself. As with any company, there are pro’s and con’s, it’s up to you if it’s a good fit for your life and your needs. But, personally, I think Quad is one of the better companies to work for.
