Cons: Few jobs and when hiring employers don't look so much at dependable and experience as mush as younger age is cheaper and the seniors with experience and dependable get over looked.

Pros: The Flexible hours of my job are a plus. I have the ease of desk duties. I like communicating with employees most of the time. My coworkers are easy to work with.
Cons: The duties of human resource management is not one of my favorite. I also don't like having to always be in the office. The stress of the paperwork that goes along with year end.
