Cons: Cost of living, particularly accomodation.

Pros: Lots of things to do both at lunch time or after work. Many good restaurants in the area. Easy commute.
Cons: Traffic and congestion, many office buildings in that area.

Pros: Pay, mentoring employees, marketing.
Cons: Demanding, high expectations.

Pros: I have enjoyed working in Northridge and working with the company.
Cons: Long hours and often times, the work you put in goes without notice.

Pros: I don't mind working in Riverside. There is occasional traffic in the mornings and evenings but it never takes me more than an hour to commute.
Cons: There's nothing that I'm completely opposed to about Riverside.
