Though working is good but feedback is surprising much fluctuations from management stance suddenly giving a poor feedback is really shocking.

Local people are great. Corporate and regional HR are nightmares.

Pros: The local people I work with are great at their job. They work hard and go beyond to meet customers' expectations.
Cons: Corporate management is slow to respond and does not support local sites. Hiring to replace people is the dumbest process I have seen. Everyone is severely underpaid.

Lots of work but can be very rewarding.

Pros: The people at Fluke love what they do and make it a fantastic place to work. Fluke also is a place where you can take on any project that interests you and management generally does a good job of supporting you.
Cons: Long hours daily is a common occurrence (55+ hours/week) and pay is subpar to average
