Operations Supervisor in Los Angeles:
I would avoid working here. They let go of a large amount of employees in favor of automation. They actually let go of them preemptively before the process was ready to be automated. They had to hire temporary workers for the people they let go and the people who quit because of poor leadership. They dont actually care about dogs, just profit. This is evident in the poor and ethically questionable decisions they've been making since new leadership stepped in. They also treat employees like worker bees and pay them insulting wages. When I left I got a job at another company that paid me the same as a management salary at Wag for less work and responsibilitiesi Just dont do it.
