Pros: Welkom is a mining town, where everything is relatively close. The people are mostly order. There are no robots only circles, which gave the town the city of circles in South Africa.
Cons: Due to the fact that it is a mining town, people tend to be rude and the language barrier can become problematic. (Most miners are from other African countries). There is also a lot of crime in the town.
