Programmer Analyst Reviews
Good chances for you to train up yourself as lots of chances to work. Once your boss assigned you an application, he will give you all the tasks related to you and only you. You will then be also the decision-maker. So you have chances to learn super multi-tasking, decision-making. Also, you can get familiar with the applications/ projects you are working in a quick pace. However, here the payment/ benefits are not in proportion to your effort. Once discussing with you on your coming benefit, LOTS of fake promises are made. Once the day comes, they will only notify you after their CAREFUL & DETAILED planning, their promises will be shrunken by "a bit". This is quite disappointing. Also, some of the managers are not providing clear direction, or even wrong direction as they seldom get involved in the projects. You will have to secretly inform them during meetings. Else, they will promise the users something that can never be achieved or something that might violates the original functionalities of the applications.
Nice office space.
Programmer Analyst in Montréal:
Pros: Nice office space, good team spirit
Cons: Not enough communication from upper management, a lot un unsaid things in work and employee management
Pros: Work Culture.
Cons: Promotion and associates growth control is entire in managers hand very they are troubling people. Organization is also not giving a clear criteria to associates when the criteria for promotion was declared.
Being Open as being Human.
Pros: Cant think of anything....
Cons: Salary , Salary , Salary.
Pros: Frankly speaking I didn't find anything good here since I joined this company.
Cons: First of all I got the offer from on campus placement and thereafter I had to wait 9 months to get the official joining letter which wasted near about a year in my career. Then after joining right from the training period whatever I have seen here I can include them in cons list only. Work culture is bad, too much of politics. Then you can't have any personal life here if you are working here, you can't have any other hobbies or dreams to follow. Even if you worked hard there is no guarantee that you will get recognition for this. I really regret my decision in joining this company.
Work Flexibility, Corporate Culture, Good Exposure.
Pros: I've improved on my communication and management skills working in a corporate environment.
Cons: Stress level is bad. Every beginning of the month we will have much work which seems to be difficult to manage.
