Coutts is one of the most historic and prestigious brands in the UK banking industry. Being a part of RBS Group there is alot of employee support in terms of training, coaching and performance. Since, starting the Ways of Working programme has supported me in getting Agile certifications and also provided an opportunity for leadership trainings. The compensation is below market average due to the banks financial challenges but as I moved from consulting it has given me a much better work life balance. Also, as Coutts is in the midst of transforming Private Banking industry there are loads of cool digital and transformation programmes to work on.
