Cons: The CEO was not just bad but truly atrocious. He was selfish, always putting his own interest and desires above those of the company and its employees. He was vain, constantly seeking praise and adoration from others even if it meant sacrificing the success of the company. And to make matters worse, he was troublesome, causing unnecesarry problems and conflicts within the workplace that made it difficult for anyone to do their job effectively. It's no wonder that many people left the company because of his poor leadership and management style.
