Pros: I'm mostly free to decide how to do what needs to be done.
Cons: Being required to fill multiple positions at any given time when the wage I receive is the lowest possible. It seems compensation does not aline with responsibilities.

Pros: Fast paced. Problem solving. Vender assistance. Make purchase orders. Close purchase orders. Track purchase orders spending. Set up new venders. Receive paperwork in the system.
Cons: Not much new challenges. Monotonous.
