Some good, some bad.
Sales Associate in San Jose:
Pros: Helping customers find what they need.
Cons: Constantly having to deal with disorder and chaos on the shelves because we let customers do whatever they want.

Extreme pressure - all or nothing.

Pros: $15/hr pay
Cons: Extremely high goals and equally high pressure. Micromanagement and very little recognition.

Fun environment but micromanage.

Pros: The staff are easy to get along with, they pay above minimum wage, and the job isn’t very stressful.
Cons: Managers talk about moving employees up to higher positions but never see it through.

Decent.
Sales Associate in New Prague:
Pros: my Co- Workers are really nice and make working more fun.
Cons: I am an appliance specialist and i don’t get commission.
Also they annually cut hours and hours are inconsistent i’ll go from having 26 hours one week to 11 the next.

Working in my city.
Sales Associate in San Antonio:
Pros: I love the friendly atmosphere and rich culture in my home city, the history is vast and amazing to learn, the food is the best in the world. and there is so much to do and learn when i get off work.
Cons: the homeless downtown, the ridicules and outrages regulations on businesses and zoning regulations, it is far worse everywhere else in the US but i hate that its even done here.
