What is it like working as a Secondary School Teacher?

There is huge lack of resources like books which leads to poor performance. It is a national outcry. I don't want to be associated with poor productivity which is caused by factors beyond my control.

Pros: Changing lives of challenged learner's at home and offering help and hope for them. Making sure that learner's of different capabilities are catered for in teaching and learning.
Cons: Lack of resources hinders one to perform to their level best. Huge number of learner's per class makes it difficult for one to attend slow learner's adding to poor performance.

Constant Cliques, nepotism. If you can work around these, it's fairly ok.
