Pros: What I love most about my company now is the corporate culture where collaboration is very important. We also have work flexibility where in we can work from home once a week. Work stress level is low and is always manageable. I love that we have a lot of work opportunities in the company. We are given a chance to take on different roles and try other roles outside of our expertise. What I like most about my work is working with other people, continuously collaborating and improving on our process. I like validating requirements and coming up with solution to a problem.
Cons: Not really bad just the occasional overtime during regression period.
