Pros: Extremely low cost of living and calm lifestyle. Surrounded by great beaches, no traffic congestion, access to worlds best entertainment within a few hours either in Toronto or Detroit MI.

Pros: Ample parking.
Cons: Moorpark is extremely expensive to live in, but offers litterally nothing other than a sleepy bedroom community with generic restaurants with limited hours. Lots of overpriced gated communities line the hills, where small plots of sand are sold to upper middle class conservatives for the better part of a million dollars, so they can raise their children in front of a television.
