Pros: Being busy the how the crane works being able to provide a service for the trades and employers. Expressing your thoughts ideas and teaching people safe work practices and the challange that comes with it weather it be working conditions cold hot wind rain snow.
Cons: Stressful conflicting issues where there is more than one boss and they have no idea how to do your job but they no all yo well. Stupidity levels from people who don't understand the fact your tun rage with minimal breaks and expected to run like a machine. Too much time at work and no time for family. Preety much married to the job. It's hard hugging family and work. Lots of operators end up in a divorce lossing out on a lot of activity with family.
