Q: What is it like working as a Software Developer?
In terms of being a software developer, I would recommend for people very advanced in their career just looking for a job until retirement or if you're fresh out of studies looking for your first job. Anyone else, the actual dev work is very slow and very simple. A good starting or ending point but if you're at a point looking to do some serious development work and really progress as a developer, I would not recommend. It's a great company in every single other aspect, good benefits, flexible working hours, friendly and helpful people but just the actual dev work is incredibly slow and boring.
