An auditing manager oversees a company's process or procedure to ensure that it runs smoothly and that the company is following necessary laws and regulations. For instance, an auditing manager may be in charge of invoices, looking at invoice receipts and ensuring they are fulfilled as binding legal contracts. Many auditing manager positions include some work with internal company affairs; they may ensure that employees are all acting ethically in their profession and not engaging in behavior that may hurt the company or put their interests ahead of the company.
