Based on grades, the teacher may also reach out to students who seem to be struggling, and changes may be made to teaching methods if the class seems to be struggling overall. Good record-keeping skills are important in order to organize and grade classwork, homework, and tests, and some institutions expect these teachers to conduct grading during non-paid hours, such as at home.
