Web Developer Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Web Developer?

Web Developer:
I've been with Three as a developer for a year and a half now. The culture is great. Three do really focus on the people. Hours are flexible. Basically start any time up to 10am and as long the work gets done when you leave is flexible enough too. 4 or 5 usually depending when you start. Everyone's extremely friendly and it's always a good laugh. Especially in our team. Benefits are quite good also. Can't think of anything missing. We get health, dental, travel insurance, gym membership, bike to work and almost a month of holidays to take. Pay is in the average range for outside Dublin also. I like working there a lot!
