Management Consultant Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Management Consultant?

Management Consultant in Bangalore:
"Get into a good company not Vertebrand."
Pros: -The top management are Excellent Liars. A handy skill to learn if you dont know how to spot one and notice trends.
Cons: -Confusing Job Roles. Constantly changing work structure. What you are hired to do and what you end up doing is never in line. This happens in most places and I am aware of it, but I have never seen it happen to this level. Peopl are shifted from NBD to consulting, sales to operation, accounts to front desk randomly. -Late Payment of Salary. This is just sad. There is no other word for it. We see the owner use company funds for everything- buying a high end car, personal home maintenance, mobile phones, laptops this doesnt include the salary he pulls in and im sure is entitled to. They have also gone on multiple "company trips" abroad. -Salary is very very low compared to company standards. -Salary Hikes are non existent. So are Bonuses. Appraisal is done late in the year so even people leaving are in an odd spot. -Not even basic Medical Insurance. No Perks or Benefits what so ever. -Freshers who have joined were promised 4.5 and given3.5 at time of signing.
