At least five years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL is usually required in this position. One should also have knowledge of SQL servers, as well as experience in making complex database program modules. Oracle developers must have hands-on training experience, as well as experience in data architecture, modeling, and design; they must be able to integrate this knowledge effectively into their work.
