Q: What is it like working as a Project Engineer at Wipro?

Project Engineer in Bangalore:
"Project Engineer."
Pros: 1)Good Infrastructure. 2)Good facities in the company. 3)Its comparatively easy to change the project.
Cons: 1)salary perks are very poor. 2)working hours are not flexible. 3) Asking release from the project may cost a bad rating in the appraisal. 4)Too much of stupid policies under which employees wont get a hike even though the rating is ok. 5)Promotion is almost impossible. Sometimes my lead to working in the same role for 4 years.
