Pros: Unfortunately where I work now doesn't allow any sort of enjoyment. The clients are very closed minded and uneducated.
Cons: The company and clients r very constricting, there is no room to grow at all and the only time you're learning is when you are given no money to move a mountain. There is no flexibility, only judgement.
