Pros: What I like about my job is easy money, I can get as much as what I want specially you'l exceed the number of the quota. If you have a technique there's no reason for you to be zero and of course always provide a good service and no false hopes because they don't want to be lied.
Cons: It is when they'l try to fool me, trying to play a game that he'l re-order but later on I'l just found out that they are wasting my money. It happens to me thrice.
