Cons: Hours.

Retail Shift Supervisor in Florida:
"A coin."
Pros: In the bright side of the coin and I mean what is good, I have all the benefits I could expect from a big company like CVS. Medical insurance for me and my wife 4O1K and lot of training and support programs for employees that want to go a little step further and become professionals.
Cons: On the dirty side of the coin you have several things that should be fixed for the better for its employee and customers. 1.Remove the carpets. Its common sense you are in a pharmacy and the carpet its not hygienic and also might be harmful for allergic costumers. Its something that just doesn't make sense to keep up. 2. Renew the system and computers this old IBM registers are constantly freezing and we get really bad support for them beacuase their own technics don't have the pieces they need to fix them most of the time and don't talk about replacing the whole unit..... 3.assing more hours to the stores. Me personally had to work on mothers day with only one cashier. That includes counting all the registers we have a few save paperwork give my cashier his 30 mins of break attend pharmacy and front store complains give back up to my colleage and refill coolers. All because we have a very short budget for a very busy store.
