Employees who count Counseling among their skills enjoy higher pay; the median for this group is $11.64 per hour. Case Management is a popular skill in the East Alabama Mental Health workforce; more than a third of those surveyed report putting it to use in their jobs. Key skills also include Client Interaction, Patient Education, and Oral / Verbal Communication.
Women make up the majority of employees who completed the questionnaire for a female-to-male ratio of more than 3 to 1.
Benefits and Perks
