Average pay is $16.10 per hour for those with five to nine years of experience. The largest fraction of FedEx Ground people (61 percent) have been working for one to four years and earn $13.08 per hour on average.
Earning $20.38 per hour on average, Operations Managers receive the most money, followed by Maintenance Technicians (approximately $18.67), Messengers (about $16.52), and Route Drivers (around $14.83). Certifications and Degrees
Monetary compensation comes to about $22.51 per hour for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Specialists, far surpassing the earnings of non-credentialed workers. The highest-paying degree here is an Associate of Arts (AA); FedEx Ground awards $19.95 to these degree-holders.
When it comes to skills, Operations Management seems to bolster pay the most; employees who claim proficiency also enjoy a median income of $20.17 per hour. Folks here also tend to know Sorting; on the survey, nearly one in four of workers named it in their skills portfolios. Some other standard skills here are Customer Service, Packaging, and Microsoft Excel.
Benefits and Perks
Benefits packages do tend to lack paid time off; FedEx Ground gives paid vacation days to a third of employees and sick leave to an eighth of employees.
