Average Salary for Hammerton Employees

Pros: I like that upper management actually talks to lower employees and tries to make them feel appreciated

Cons: I dislike that upper management thinks everything is hunky dory because middle management doesn't relay information to the fullest extent to the uppers

Pros: I feel that I am trusted to do a good job and don’t feel micro-managed.

Cons: Management is spread too thin, employee issues often take a back seat to day-to-day operations. The company could use a lot more organization and streamlining of operations at nearly every level to help employees more effectively managage the increasing work load. Seems like they’re trying, there just isn’t any free time to step back, understand the problems, and make positive changes.
