Logistics Supervisors are a close second at around $11.90 along with Sales Associates (about $9.69) and Retail Sales Associates ($9.20). Financial compensation for Pricing Coordinators is rather low — on average only $8.55 — relative to the rest of the company.

Certifications and Degrees

Monetary compensation comes to around $12.35 per hour for Forklift Certifications, far surpassing the earnings of non-credentialed workers. It pays to have a Bachelor of Science in Bachelor of Science (BS / BSc) at Harbor Freight Tools — these employees make the most at $18.06 per hour.
